Despite respecting the music industry, Irving admitted he doesn't engage with gangster rap, describing such behaviors as a "vicious cycle." He criticized the culture surrounding it, labeling it "child's play" and disapproving of the gangster persona that many artists adopt. Irving expressed disbelief at individuals risking their fortunes for street feuds. He emphasized the lack of wisdom in associating with harmful environments, reiterating that real violence is far removed from what mainstream rap portrays.
