Mo'Nique recently met up with Katt Williams for a stop on his "Heaven on Earth" tour, and they got into a friendly competition backstage.
On Thursday (February 6), Mo'Nique shared footage on Instagram of her and Katt participating in a foot race. She captioned the video, "@kattwilliams I REALLY WON THE FIRST ONE AND I LET YOU WIN THE SECOND ONE! NEVER LET THE KID IN YOU GO!"
Mo'Nique and Katt have long been supporting one another, including when Mo'Nique fiercely defended Katt on "Club Shay Shay" over his explosive interview with Shannon Sharpe. Mo'Nique later told Shannon during their sit-down, "Everything Katt Williams sat here and said. We all know it to be the truth."
She added, "However, we get so caught up in, 'Well, I ain't gonna say nothing. Can you believe he said it?' [...] It's the messenger, baby. We get so caught up in the messenger that we'll overlook the message. People have a hard time hearing a 5'5" giant tell the truth, people have a hard time with a Black woman over 200 pounds tell the truth. People that look like us, we should just be grateful we got invited to the party."
