Lasheena Weekly, the mother of late rapper FBG Duck, is denying claims made by King Von's sister, Kayla B, about her lawsuit against Von's estate being dismissed.
Earlier this week, Kayla B tweeted, "Duck mama case got dismissed Against my folks AHAAAAAAA go WORK like we all do you old miserable b>>>> leave me and my family alone THANK YA!" She then followed up with a since-deleted tweet, accusing Duck's mom of taking from King Von's kids.
Lasheena responded to Kayla B on Instagram, writing, "Contrary to the misinformation released on the internet. Our lawsuit is still pending against King Von’s Estate in Cook County. JUSTICE FOR DUCK! ☺️"
In October, Lasheena filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Lil Durk, King Von's estate, and record labels, accusing them of profiting from her son's gang-related murder in 2020. FBG Duck's mom claims that the aforementioned parties "monetized the killing of FBG Duck" by capitalizing on the gang rivalry in their music and public personas.
