Unfortunately, this misunderstanding persisted, and critics claimed she "got what she deserved" after her death. Tan DaGod lost her life while defending her current boyfriend, who was confronted by armed individuals at the event. She bravely attempted to protect him by shooting first but was fatally shot in the exchange.
