Earlier this year, Marcus Jordan, son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, was arrested in Florida after police found him driving his Lamborghini SUV along the railroad tracks.
Initially, Marcus was charged with cocaine possession, DUI with property damage, and resisting arrest. However, while an initial field test indicated the presence of cocaine, further analysis by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement determined that the substance was actually ketamine.
Footage from Marcus' February arrest showed him slurring his words while interacting with officers. According to the arrest report, he reeked of alcohol, became aggressive with police, and refused to take a breathalyzer test.
The updated charges add another layer of controversy to the case as Marcus, 34, faces increasing legal scrutiny.
