Charles "Wide Neck" McDowell, who rose to viral fame in 2018 after his mugshot gained widespread attention online, is back in police custody.
According to TMZ, McDowell faces serious accusations of sending sexually explicit videos of a woman—without her consent—to the woman's 13-year-old son, 16-year-old daughter, mother, and another individual. Authorities allege he distributed the content multiple times using both cell phones and laptops.
McDowell was arrested on February 19 and is facing multiple felony charges, including felony transmission of video/photo of nudity without consent, electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor, and making harassing phone calls. The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office in Georgia has confirmed the charges.
He is currently being held without bond.
