Stefon Diggs' ex-girlfriend, Mulan Hernandez, is calling out the NFL superstar after he filed a lawsuit against her, claiming she assaulted him and tried to extort him.
Diggs filed the lawsuit, claiming Hernandez and her friend, Brianna Mack, are trying to extort him for millions. He's suing both women for trespass, intentional infliction of emotional distress, assisting or encouraging/aiding and abetting and conspiracy. Additionally, he's suing Hernandez for assault and conversion.
The lawsuit centers around an incident that happened in June 2024, where Diggs claims that Hernandez assaulted him and threatened to ruin his career. Diggs claims that Hernandez showed up to his house uninvited and began berating him. She then threw his phone into a toilet, destroyed his personal computer and a $130,000 watch, and punched him in the chest multiple times before telling him, “You won’t be playing this year.”
Mulan denied Diggs' claims, adding that the lawsuit only came after mediation between the two "did not pan out in his favor." She then stated in a post on Instagram, "This is clearly an attempt to try an get ahead of the truth that is to come. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED."
