Sara Rivers, who gained fame as a contestant on Diddy's reality show Making the Band, has filed a $60 million lawsuit against the music mogul, alleging sexual misconduct, emotional abuse, and unpaid labor.

According to Rivers, Diddy inappropriately touched her during filming, controlled her sleeping schedule, mocked her eating disorder, and subjected her to verbal abuse. She also claims he forced her to perform menial labor without pay—referencing the infamous moment on the show where he made contestants walk to get him cheesecake.

Rivers further alleges that Diddy scrutinized her body, once looking her up and down before telling her that “everything needed to get firmed up” while eyeing her backside.

In one of the most serious accusations, Rivers claims that Diddy cornered her in a recording studio, speaking to her "in a low, sensual voice" while asking if she needed anything. She alleges that he then “ran his left hand across her breasts while repeating the phrase, ‘If you need anything, let me know.’”

Diddy's legal team has strongly denied the allegations, calling them baseless. In a statement, his representatives said:

“This is yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr. Combs. No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex-trafficked anyone, man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.”

The lawsuit adds to the growing list of legal battles facing Diddy, who has been under increasing scrutiny in recent months.
