Meek Mill took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message aimed at young people, urging them to avoid choices that could land them behind bars.

Alongside a photo of himself sitting in a jail cell, Meek reflected on the harsh realities of prison life, writing:

"To all the young bulls in the street… if you don’t know how to communicate with a lawyer about law, if you don’t have family support, if you don’t have money to fight a case or even eat… the law library gonna scare you if you can’t read good!"

Meek, who served five months in prison in 2017 for a probation violation, continued, "Imagine this being your toilet for the rest of your life… it’s rusty, and it’s the same water you drink!"

He ended his message with a strong plea to those in dangerous situations:

"If you got a chance to slide, leave that s*** behind! SAVE YOURSELF, THEN TRY TO HELP YOUR PEOPLES! THESE TOILETS ARE FOR 'HEATHENS ONLY.'"

Meek has been an outspoken advocate for criminal justice reform since his release, using his platform to raise awareness about mass incarceration and probation laws.
