It was recently revealed that rapper Fivio Foreign has been behind bars since January 18, facing five charges, including unlawful possession of a weapon, terroristic threats, and aggravated assault.
According to police reports obtained by TMZ, the incident occurred on New Year’s Day at an apartment complex in Edgewater, New Jersey. A woman reportedly approached Fivio to ask for a car jumpstart, but instead of assisting her, he allegedly pointed a gun at her and issued a threat: "If I see you parked in front of this building again, there is going to be a f**** problem."**
Witnesses recognized Fivio and called the police, who later reviewed surveillance footage from the complex. Authorities claim the footage corroborates the woman’s account of the encounter.
Following an investigation, Fivio was arrested on January 18, and he has remained in custody since. His attorney, Adam Lustberg, has dismissed the allegations, calling the case "the flimsiest" he has encountered in his career. Lustberg also stated that he expects Fivio to be released in the coming months.
As of now, further details on the case remain limited.
