Sean "Diddy" Combs has had his request for bail denied multiple times since he was arrested in 2024 on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force, and transportation for purposes of prostitution. Now, the Hip-Hop mogul may get released as he awaits trial.
While details are sparse, VladTV has learned from a reasonable source that Diddy may be granted bail very soon.
While Diddy has been in federal custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, three different judges have denied his request to be released on bail. Prosecutors have claimed that Diddy misused jail communications to influence witnesses. Judges have argued that the music mogul's willingness to overlook jailhouse rules by hiding communications was a sign that any conditions of release would not prevent similar behavior.
Diddy's trial is expected to begin on May 5th.
