Young Thug took to Twitter to react to a viral photo of a fan who got the lyrics to his 2016 hit “Digits” tattooed on his back — except the fan got the words wrong.
The tattoo, which spans the fan’s entire upper back, reads: “Horses don’t stop, they keep going.” But the actual lyric from the song is: “Hustlers don’t stop, they keep going.”
Thugger caught wind of the viral moment and responded on X (formerly Twitter), writing:
“And that’s y I’m talking with more clarity UY SCUTI… dam bro.”
Fans jumped into the conversation, with many admitting they’d misheard the lyric too. One shocked user wrote, “THIS WHOLE TIME HE WAS SAYING ‘HUSTLERS’?!” while others joked that “horses” kind of made sense in its own way.
The mix-up joins a long tradition of fans mishearing rap lyrics — but few commit to the mistake in such permanent fashion.
