Houston rapper Slim Thug was the victim of a robbery after his apartment was burglarized by four men who made off with cash and jewelry.
According to TMZ, the incident occurred around 11 p.m. on Monday (April 7). The police report noted signs of forced entry into the penthouse, though further details have not yet been disclosed.
Slim Thug addressed the break-in during a livestream, telling fans the burglars "caught [him] slipping," but assured viewers that authorities are "working on it." He expressed confusion over how the suspects were able to force their way into his high-rise apartment, but noted that the stolen items were insured.
“They didn’t get all my jewelry,” he added. “But they got the good s***.”
