NFL hopeful Quaydarius Davis was arrested on Saturday (April 12) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after his former girlfriend, Ja’Yunna Monae, publicly accused him of domestic violence.

Monae shared a disturbing video on social media, alleging that Davis forced his way into her home, assaulted her, and rendered her unconscious. In a powerful post accompanying the footage, she wrote:

“DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS NEVER OK. This man choked me until I passed out and peed on myself. He kicked my door down and punched me numerous times all because I didn’t wanna be with him anymore.”
She also addressed critics who questioned her intentions, strongly denying claims that she was seeking financial gain.

“I have my OWN BUSINESS, MY OWN HUSTLE, MY OWN CRIB… I’m THE BREADWINNER,” Monae stated, adding that she’s not backing down after filing a report against Davis.
Davis was previously dismissed from Southern University’s football team in October 2024 for violating team rules. The school did not release details at the time.

Now, Davis faces serious legal repercussions. He has been charged with first-degree burglary and domestic abuse and battery by strangulation.
