Infamous attorney Tony Buzbee has dropped new audio of Shannon Sharpe speaking to his accuser after Sharpe and his legal team released texts and her identity earlier this week.

In the audio, Jane Doe tells Shannon that they're not going out when he visits Los Angeles, as she tells him, "Well, I’m not really interested in getting choked, so I guess we’re going," she says.

Sharpe responds without hesitation, "I might choke you in public… Big Black guy chokes small white woman."

To which the woman quickly responds, "Not a good look, Shannon. It’s not a good look the s*** you did to me."

Buzbee explained that the audio "provides a fair picture of the relationship shortly before the alleged assault," but Sharpe's team says the conversation was taken out of context.

Shannon's legal team stated that there was no mention of the date of the conversation, and they pointed to an explicit text sent by Jane Doe to Shannon. They say the text doesn't accurately portray the nature of the relationship.

Tony Buzbee told TMZ, "Sharpe made a big, stupid mistake by retaliating against my client. The new audio captures the reality of their interactions and will be crucial in court."
