Last month there was some speculation in the media on whether Ice Cube would be producing another installment of the 'Friday' movie series with the original cast from 1995.
Cube wanted to do the movie but it was unclear if other cast members where willing to accept the original roles of their character. More specifically, it is reported Chris Tucker wanted to edit the role of Smokey because of his personal connection with religion.
All the ifs are over as Ice Cube confirms that there will be another Friday movie with the entire original cast, Chris Tucker included. One of the reps for Cube Vision Production tells TMZ, "Absolutely yes the studio is in the process of getting the entire original cast to do another 'Friday'."
The film is in the works as the cast members work out their contracts.
